The GPR Life Sciences Pvt Ltd has all the existing set up of plant and machinery and government licenses to manufacture the metformin and paracetamol drugs. The plant has been subsequently upgraded to potentially meet WHO cGMP, EU and US regulatory norms. Awad sciences Pvt Ltd has acquired 100% of the stake in GPR Life sciences Pvt Ltd. Whereby it will execute job work and Awad sciences Pvt Ltd will market the product including pharmaceuticals APIs.
